My Pod is activated, but I still can't taste it. Why?

This can have various causes. Please check the following steps first:

1. Check that you have assembled your bottle as shown in this video.

2. Ensure your Pod is activated (pulled up to the lip).

3. Make sure the straw is inserted all the way into the mouthpiece.

4. Try another Pod. This way you can rule out the possibility of a defect in the Pod.

5. Completely disassemble and reassemble the bottle again.
